Rachel Haisting, President
Rachel is a seasoned executive with over 15 years’ experience leading large teams and global business growth initiatives to tackle some of the most difficult and comprehensive problems in the evolving healthcare and medical device industry. After nearly two decades of leading transformational change, Rachel decided to put aside her corporate career in order to make a direct difference in the lives of the seniors and families in her community.
As President of Arc Home Care, Rachel strives to build strong relationships with seniors, families, and healthcare providers in the Twin Cities in order to provide clients with the highest quality home care and wellness services possible.
Rachel is a natural leader, collaborator and team unifier. She has won multiple leadership awards, and has expertise in developing service organizations, marketing, strategic planning and strategic partnerships, and financial management. Rachel holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
Rachel lives a work hard, play hard philosophy and spends most of her free time with her husband and two sons watching their sports activities including lacrosse, baseball, and football. She enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and yoga. She has a passion for traveling and learning about different cultures, people, and food.
Charlene Wehner, RN – Clinical Manager
Charlene has 20 years of nursing experience across private duty, school nursing, Orthopedic and Neurological acute care settings. She has superior clinical acumen and has held leadership roles as Quality Care Coordinator, Preceptor/Educator, Case Manager, and Charge Nurse. Charlene is a Registered Nurse and also hold a B.S. in Business Administration from Winona State University.
Charlene has a passion for enriching people’s lives through hands on care and by educating them on conditions and the resources available to support their medical needs and achieve holistic wellness. She enjoys collaborating with others in the health community and advocating for care recipients. She strives for excellence by anticipating, meeting or exceeding the needs of clients, families and healthcare providers. Charlene believes that training and educating caregivers is more than just giving them excellent technical skills but encompasses coaching/mentoring them to be all around superior caregivers.
Charlene enjoys spending time outside of work with her family and friends. Much of her free time involves attending Hockey, Lacrosse and Dance activities for her son and daughter. She finds time to run and workout, and enjoys hiking, boating, and fishing. She is a novice at photography and ornithology.
